Architectural Change Request
If you’re planning on painting your home, installing new fixtures or facilities, fencing, substantial landscaping, or some other feature, let the HOA know first. The HOA exists to protect homeowners from destruction, damage, or decline in property values.
Forms are submitted to the Board and HOA for approval. This process also ensures projects like fences don’t accidentally get built outside of a property boundary.
Annual Meetings of Homeowners
An annual meeting is held the second Tuesday of November for all homeowners (and residents). There is also an annual meeting in May each year. These meetings are for the discussion of issues in the neighborhood and to vote on proposals and motions.
